Arrival Times
Normally, arrival time is after 4pm. However, should this not be convenient to you, please contact us to arrange an alternative time.
Cancellation Policy
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation made by phone, email or letter constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Church House.
We have a 1 week cancellation policy, which means that if you cancel your booking within this time for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make the following charges.
Under 7 days---- loss of deposit and 50% of balance due.
Under 2 days ---- loss of deposit and total balance due.
Why this Cancellation policy?
A room cancellation in a large hotel amounts to less than 2% of the total capacity of that hotel and therefore has little effect on their overall business for any particular day. In the case of a small guesthouse or bed and breakfast any cancellation represents a far greater proportion of their business and in the case of Church House 20% of our capacity.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance just in case.
You may well be covered by annual travel insurance or have this service covered with your debit/credit bank cards.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
